摘要在许多心脏疾病中,心脏交感神经的变化在出现临床症状之前已经发生.PET/CT显像能够高灵敏地反映心脏交感神经的变化.该文介绍了11C和18F标记的几种心脏交感神经显像剂的研究新进展.其中11C-羟基麻黄素(11C-HED)和18F-6-氟多巴胺(18F-FDA)为研究最深入的2种显像剂,而11C-N-甲基多巴胺(11C-MDA)和18F-N-[3-溴-4-(3-18F-氟代丙氧基)-苄基]-胍(18F-LMI1195)为新研发的有良好临床应有潜质的显像剂.
