摘要目的 提高对淋巴瘤患者临床表现复杂件的认识.方法 分析广州医学院第一附属医院广州呼吸疾病研究所2007年9月6日收治的1例多种特殊临床表现并存(皮下结节、胸腔积液及眼眶肿物)的淋巴瘤患者的临床和病理资料,并复习相关文献.结果 患者男,60岁,以皮下结节为首发表现,因胸腔积液首次就诊,合并眼眶肿物,胸腹部CT提示全身多发性淋巴结肿大,病理结果 证实为淋巴瘤.结论 淋巴瘤临床表现复杂,町并发多系统、多器官受累;当以淋巴结外表现为首发症状时,极易误诊.

abstractsObjective To describe acase of lymphoma presenting with multi-organ involvement, and to review similar cases reported in the English and Chinese literatures since 1994. Methods The clinical and pathological features of a patient admitted to our hospital on September 6, 2007 with lymphoma presenting with some unusual clinical symptoms including subcutaneous nodules, pleural effusion and orbital tumor were analyzed and related literatures were reviewed. Results The patient was a 60-year-old male. The primary manifestations were subcutaneous nodules. The reason for his hospitalizaton was pleural effusion. Orbital tumor was present. Computed tomography of the chest and the abdomen reveal systemic lymphodenopathy. Lymphoma was proved by pathological study. Conclusions Complicated clinical manifestations of lymphoma may have multi-system involvement. Lymphoma with extranodal presentations as the first sign may lead to misdiagnosis.
