外周血白细胞脑源性神经营养因子基因表达与亚综合征抑郁的关系
Brain-derived neurotrophic factor expression in peripheral leukocytes of patients with subsyndromal symptomatic depression
摘要目的 探讨脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)与亚综合征抑郁的关系.方法 采用病例对照研究设计,应用TaqMan探针及荧光实时定量逆转录-聚合酶链反应方法 ,检测亚综合征抑郁组(60例)与健康对照组(60例)外周血白细胞BDNF基因的mRNA表达水平的差异;应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表17项(HAMD17)评定患者抑郁症状的严重程度;采用独立样本t检验分析亚综合征抑郁组与健康对照组之间BDNF基因在外周血表达的差异,Pearson相关分析分析BDNF基因mRNA表达水平与HAMD17评分的关系.结果 (1)亚综合征抑郁组BDNF基因mRNA表达水平为0.15±0.07,健康对照组为0.25±0.14,2组比较差异有统计学意义(t=4.912,P<0.01);(2)亚综合征抑郁组BDNF表达水平与HAMD17评分呈非常显著负相关(r=-0.840,P<0.001).结论 亚综合征抑郁及其严重程度与BDNF基因低表达可能相关.

Methods In this case-control study, real-time quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) with TaqMan MGB was used to analyze the differences of BDNF gene mRNA expression in peripheral leukocytes between subsyndromal symptomatic depression group and healthy controls. The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale -17 (HAMD17)was used to assess the severity of depression.
