首次发病精神分裂症患者知觉空间分离下的前脉冲抑制缺陷
Deficits of perceived spatial separation induced prepulse inhibition in patients with first?episode schizophrenia
摘要目的 探索首次发病精神分裂症患者知觉空间分离下的前脉冲抑制缺陷.方法 纳入42例首次发病精神分裂症患者(患者组),以及38名性别、年龄和受教育程度与之相匹配的健康对照者(对照组).采用阳性和阴性症状量表评定患者的精神症状,所有被试者进行基于知觉空间分离线索的改良范式的前脉冲抑制测量,并对2组前脉冲抑制结果进行比较,采用以改良前脉冲抑制为预测因子的单因素Logistic回归模型以区分首次发病精神分裂症患者和健康对照者.结果 在知觉空间分离的范式下,60 ms和120 ms间期2组前脉冲抑制存在差异[27.6(14.2,31.7)与37.9(26.5,60.4),Z=-4.04,P<0.01;28.8(3.2,39.6)与40.4(27.4,53.0),Z=-3.15,P<0.01],差异的效应值(Cohen’d)分别是0.91、0.70.以改良范式前脉冲抑制作为分类预测因子的Logistic回归分析显示,60 ms和120 ms的知觉空间分离前脉冲抑制区分首次发病精神分裂症患者和健康对照者的诊断准确率分别为81.0%、73.5%.结论 首次发病精神分裂症患者存在明显的知觉空间分离下的前脉冲抑制缺陷,且其可能具有较好的区分效应.

abstractsObjective To investigate the discrimination of first?episode schizophrenia patients and healthy people using a perceived spatial separation induced pre?pulse inhibition (PSS?PPI). Methods A total of 42 patients with first?episode schizophrenia and 38 healthy controls matched with gender, age, and education level were included. The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) was used to assess psychopathological symptoms of the patients, all subjects underwent modified paradigm of prepulse inhibition (PPI) measurement. PPI of the two groups were analyzed via the variance and post hoc test. Logistic regression analysis for modified PPI as predictor to differentiate patients from healthy controls. Results There were differences in PSS?PPI between the two groups during 60 ms and 120 ms interstimulus interval (27.6 (14.2, 31.7) vs . 37.9 (26.5, 60.4), Z=-4.04, P<0.01; 28.8 (3.2, 39.6) vs . 40.4 (27.4, 53.0), Z=-3.15, P<0.01), and the effect size (Cohen’d) was 0.91 and 0.70, respectively. Logistic regression analysis with PSS?PPI as the classification predictor showed that diagnosis accuracy of PSS?PPI (60 ms and 120 ms) was 81.0% and 73.5% respectively. Conclusion There is a statistically significant deficit of PSS-PPI in patients compared with healthy controls with moderate to large effect sizes.
