换一批摘要非自杀性自伤行为（non-suicidal self-injury，NSSI）越来越多见，严重影响着患者，尤其是青少年的心理健康，冲动特质、疼痛加工、奖赏环路、内源性阿片系统等在其生物基础方面扮演了重要的角色。本文通过梳理上述4个方面与NSSI有关的研究证据和神经机制，初步阐述NSSI可能的关键生物基础。

abstractsNon-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) is becoming increasingly common. NSSI is typically associated with emotional and psychiatric distress and mainly seriously affects mental health in adolescents. Trait impulsivity, reward circuitry, and the endogenous opioid system are all playing an essential role in the neurobiological mechanism. This review conceptualizes the neurobiology of NSSI based upon the new research evidence.
