闭环式脑神经刺激技术的研究及临床应用进展
Progress in technology and clinical application of closed-loop brain neurostimulation
摘要脑神经刺激已成为多种神经和精神疾病的有效疗法,目前多采用开环方式。闭环式脑神经刺激技术实现了监测和治疗同时进行的自动闭环化诊疗,刺激系统主要由信号接收、信号处理、输出干预3部分组成。闭环式脑神经刺激已在癫痫、帕金森病等疾病治疗上取得进展,而对精神疾病的初步探索提示其是一种有价值、有前景的治疗手段。本文重点介绍了闭环式脑神经刺激技术的组成与发展情况及临床应用,并对该项技术的局限性和发展方向进行了讨论。

abstractsBrain neurostimulation has become an effective therapy for a variety of neurological and psychiatric diseases. Currently, brain stimulation is commonly in an open-loop manner, while closed-loop brain neurostimulation achieves the goals of automatic diagnosis and treatment with simultaneous monitoring. Closed-loop brain neurostimulation system consists of three main parts: signal reception, signal processing, and intervention. This kind of therapy is a valuable and promising treatment that has demonstrated high clinical effectiveness when treating epilepsy, Parkinson′s disease, tremor, and depression. This paper focused on the techniques and clinical application of closed-loop brain neurostimulation, and discussed the limitations and future of this technique.
