摘要吸食笑气所致的精神病性障碍是指吸食笑气（又名一氧化二氮或氧化亚氮）期间或之后立即出现的一类精神现象，其特点为生动的幻觉、精神运动性障碍、不伴有意识障碍等。笑气可导致多种神经精神症状，但目前鲜有吸食笑气致伴紧张症与抽搐表现的精神病性障碍的相关报道，鉴于本例在临床上较少见，现结合文献报道如下，希望对临床医师识别与处理此类患者有所裨益。

abstractsThe nitrous oxide-induced psychotic disorder is a type of psychotic phenomenon that occurs during or immediately after using nitrous oxide and is characterized by vivid hallucinations, psychomotor disturbances, disturbance of consciousness, etc. Although nitrous oxide can cause various neuropsychiatric symptoms, there are few reports of nitrous oxide-induced psychotic disorder featured with catatonia and convulsions. Given the rarity of this case in clinical settings, we present the following case report and review relevant literature to help the identification and treatment of this disease.
