摘要童年期创伤对精神障碍跨诊断影响备受关注。尽管这方面的研究已取得一定的成果，然而由于方法和研究角度的局限性，童年期创伤与精神障碍跨诊断关系研究存在不足。基于此，本文分析了童年期创伤与精神疾病跨诊断关系，并梳理了童年期创伤的潜在的跨诊断精神病理学机制。同时，本文对未来童年期创伤与精神疾病跨诊断研究进行展望，以期更好理解童年期创伤对精神疾病跨诊断影响。

abstractsThe transdiagnostic impact of childhood trauma on mental disorders has attracted increasing attention. Although notable progress has been made, existing studies are limited by methodological constraints and narrow research perspectives. This review summarizes the current evidence on the transdiagnostic associations between childhood trauma and mental disorders, and outlines the potential psychopathological mechanisms underlying these relationships. Furthermore, it provides an outlook on future research directions, aiming to enhance our understanding of how childhood trauma contributes to transdiagnostic manifestations of mental illness.
