不同角度摇椅弓联合种植体支抗内收上牙列的三维有限元分析
Finite element analysis of maxillary dentition retracted with implant anchorage with different curves of archwires
摘要目的 探讨不同角度摇椅弓在种植体支抗内收上牙列过程中的生物力学效应和影响,以期为临床应用种植体支抗内收上牙列时选择合适的摇椅弓角度提供参考.方法 建立种植体支抗内收上牙列的三维有限元模型,分析摇椅弓角度为5°、10°、15°时上牙列各牙的移动趋势.结果 当摇椅弓角度从5°增大至15°时,对前牙施加的唇向转矩力逐渐增加,对后牙施加的颊向转矩力逐渐增加,前牙的压低效果和后牙的升高效果逐渐明显.结论 通过改变摇椅弓角度可较好地控制各牙转矩以及明显改善深覆(牙合).种植体支抗内收上牙列时应根据前后牙情况选择适度的摇椅弓.

abstractsObjective To investigate the biomechanical effects of micro-implant anchorage for en-masse retraction of the maxillary dentition with different curves of archwires.Methods The mobile trends were calculated when the curve of archwires were 5°,10°,15° on the basis of 3D finite element model.Results With the curve of archwire increasing from 5° to 15°,the torque in anterior teeth and posterior teeth increased gradually,and the intruding effect of anterior teeth and the extruding effect of posterior teeth increased gradually.Conclusions The torque of teeth could be changed effectively with different curve of archwires.The reverse-curve arch wire was suitable for correcting deep overbite caused by over developed anterior alveolar bone.According to the position of posterior teeth,the appropriate curve of archwires should be selected when the implant anchorage was used to retract the whole dentition.
