摘要脱落细胞检测方法是一种简便、容易为患者所接受的非侵入性检测方法,通过与多项新技术联合应用,进一步增加取材部位的准确性,广泛应用于宫颈、口腔和体腔等各种脏器脱落物的检测.本文阐述了脱落细胞检测方法在口腔癌早期诊断中的应用研究进展.通过DNA定量分析计算DNA指数(DNA index,DI),采用多参数分析以及统计学模型计算口腔癌变风险指数(oral cancer risk index,OCRI),实现口腔癌及癌前病变的定性、定量分析,适用于口腔病变的人群筛查、肿瘤早期诊断和疗效监测等,具有重要意义.

abstractsExfoliative cytology is a simple and non-invasive examination method that is easily accepted by the patient. A number of new techniques are used to further increase the accuracy of sample collecting. It is widely used in the detection of cervical, oral cavity and various coelom exfoliated cells. This article reviews the development of exfoliative cytology in oral cancer diagnosis. It is realized that the qualitative and quantitative analysis of cancer and precancerous lesions, through DNA quantitative analysis to calculate DNA index (DI value), multiple parameter analysis and statistical modeling calculation to evaluate oral cancer risk index (OCRI) of the patient has great significance in cancer screening, early diagnosis and prognosis review, especially in the field of oral cancer.
