换一批摘要牙颈部硬组织的缺损在我国一直称为楔状缺损。20世纪90年代国际上提出了碎裂、非龋性颈部缺损的命名。本文对这3个名词的提出进行回顾和分析，提出放弃使用楔状缺损、统一使用非龋性颈部缺损的建议。

abstractsHard tissue defects at cervical site of tooth has been called the wedge-shaped defect in China for a long time. Other terms, abfraction and non-carious cervical lesions have been proposed in early 1990s. These three different terms are reviewed and analyzed in the present article. The author suggests to use the term non-carious cervical lesions to replace the term wedge-shaped defect in China.
