摘要随着人工智能与多学科的交叉融合，以机器学习为主要手段的人工智能技术也逐渐应用于口腔疾病的诊断、治疗和预后评估等方面。目前，机器学习在口腔正畸学中的应用主要包括两大方面，即利用图像识别技术进行影像学资料的定点及分析、颅面骨骼分型和颈椎分期的判断等，以及利用临床决策支持系统辅助评估正畸治疗的必要性以及制订正畸治疗方案等。本文从以上两方面对机器学习在正畸诊疗中的应用进展进行综述，以期为精准正畸的未来发展提供新思路。

abstractsWith the increasing integration of artificial intelligence (AI) with other fields, machine learning, one of the major methods in AI, has been extensively applied in dentistry in the stage of diagnosis, therapy and prognosis evaluation. Nowadays, numerous studies have reported the applications of machine learning in orthodontics in two major aspects, including image identification and clinical decision support system. Herein, we reviewed the application progress of machine learning in orthodontics in order to provide new insight for the future precision medicine.
