摘要随着人工智能技术的发展，其在口腔正畸领域得到了广泛的应用。在精确测量、多维度诊断、方案设计、疗效预测等方面，人工智能具备较大的应用前景。同时，人工智能的应用也存在一定的局限，如由患者个体差异性、人工智能的“黑箱”属性带来的风险，医疗责任划分不明造成的隐患等。本文就人工智能在口腔正畸研究领域的应用历史及现状进行总结和分析，并探讨其未来可能的发展趋势，以供临床参考。

abstractsWith the development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, it has a wide range of explorations in orthodontics. AI has greater application prospects in precise measurement, multidimensional diagnosis, treatment planning and efficacy prediction. At the same time, there are certain limitations in the application of AI, such as risks caused by individual variability, black box properties and unclear delineation of medical responsibilities. This paper summarized the history and current status of AI applications in orthodontics and discussed future development trends, to provide reference for clinical orthodontics.
