摘要核糖核苷酸还原酶( RR)是细胞 DNA 合成的限速酶,其功能是将二磷酸核糖核苷酸(NDPs)还原为二磷酸脱氧核糖核苷酸(dNDPs),后者是DNA合成的基本材料。近年来发现,RR 酶活性与某些病毒DNA的复制有明确的关系,且将RR 抑制剂应用于临床抗病毒治疗。本文系统综述了关于RR及其抑制剂的相关研究,具体包括:(1)RR的分类、结构以及功能;(2)RR抑制剂的分类、机制及其在抗病毒治疗的研究与应用;(3) RR抑制剂的发展前景。

abstractsRibonucleotide reductase ( RR ) is a rate-limiting enzyme, and it is responsible for reducing ribonucleotides to their corresponding deoxyribonucleotides , which are the building blocks required for DNA replication and repair .Recent studies have revealed that RR activity is associated with DNA replication in virus , and RR inhibitors have been used for clinical antiviral treatment .This paper reviews research progress on RR and its inhibitors , including the classification , structure and function of RR; the classification, mechanism and clinical application of RR inhibitors in antiviral therapy and the future prospects of RR inhibitors .
