Research progress on direct-acting antiviral agents(DAAs)in treatment of hepatitis C
摘要近年来,直接抗病毒药物(DAAs)治疗丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染已获得突破性进展,至今已有12种DAAs口服新药及3种联合治疗方案被美国食品药品监督管理局和欧洲药品管理局批准.本文就DAAs研究现状,包括药物名称、作用靶点、治疗方案、临床疗效,以及不良反应作一介绍.

abstractsIn recent years,great progress has been made in treatment of patients with HCV infection with direct-acting antiviral agents (DAAs).Up to now,twelve kinds of oral DAAs and three kinds of combination regimens have been approved by the U.S.Food and Drug Administration and European Medicines Agency to treat chronic HCV infection.This article reviews the research progress of DAAs in treatment of hepatitis C,including the name of DAAs,drug targets,therapy regimen,clinical efficacy and adverse effects.
