血铅浓度和铅同位素比值同时测定的电感耦合等离子体质谱法
Determination of lead and isotope ratios in whole blood by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry
摘要目的 建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)同时检测血中总铅浓度和铅同位素的方法.方法 肝素抗凝全血用5%硝酸脱蛋白处理后,在线加入铊(TI)作为内标物,利用冻干牛血铅、镉标准物质(GBW09139h和GBW09140h)对血铅浓度进行质量控制.利用铅同位素标准物质(GBW04426)确定铅同位素比值校正系数,将铅同位素标准参考物NIST SRM981同样品同时用ICP-MS检测.结果 对检测方法进行优化后,检测血铅及铅同位素,该方法线性范围广(r >0.9999),GBW09139h和GBW09140h检测结果均在质控范围内.同位素测定精密度高,NIST SRM981相对标准偏差<1%,NISTSRM981检测结果与证书值接近.结论 该方法方便简捷、数据可靠,可满足血中总铅和前同司位素的同时测定.
