摘要人造石英石是一种新兴的装饰建材，在生产加工过程中存在严重的粉尘接触危害。从业者因缺乏有效的健康防护，近年来由于人造石英石粉尘引起的矽肺在世界范围内被广泛报道，严重影响从业者的身体健康。我们对人造石英石的使用现状、从业者接触情况以及粉尘所致的肺组织损伤进行综述，分析其致病特点，为保护职业人群和改善职业健康提供依据。

Due to the lack of effective health protection for practitioners, silicosis caused by artificial quartz stone dust has been widely reported worldwide in recent years, which seriously affect the health of practitioners. This article summarizes the use status of artificial quartz stone, the exposure of practitioners and the lung tissue damage caused by dust, analyzes its pathogenic characteristics, and provides a basis for protecting the occupational population and improving occupational health.
