换一批摘要环嗪酮属于芽后触杀性除草剂、杀树剂，其急性中毒罕有报道。环嗪酮虽对人低毒，但大量摄入仍可造成器官功能损害。我院中毒救治中心收治一例因口服过量环嗪酮后出现严重消化道黏膜腐蚀炎症、低氧血症等急性中毒表现的患者，入院后给予血液灌流术、氧疗及抗炎等治疗，最终病情好转出院。本文对该例环嗪酮中毒患者临床资料进行分析，总结该农药中毒的临床特征及治疗效果，以提高对该病的认识和诊治水平。

abstractsHexazinone is a post-emergence herbicide/arboricides, and its acute poisoning has rarely been reported. Hexazinone is low-toxic to humans, but mass intake of hexazinone would still lead to organ impairment. This article analyzes a case of acute hexazinone poisoning from the poisoning treatment center of our hospital, and summarizes the symptoms and treatment effects of hexazinone poisoning, which is aimed at improving the comprehension, diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
