摘要随着我国人口老龄化进程的加快,人口老龄化问题日趋严重,对衰老相关疾病的发病机制研究已成为现代老年医学研究领域的热点.铁是人体必需的微量元素之一,对维持机体正常的生理功能十分重要.多项研究表明,铁代谢异常与多种衰老性疾病的发生和发展有关,本文简要综述常见的衰老相关疾病中铁代谢异常的表现及可能的机制,为衰老相关疾病的诊断和治疗提供理论基础.

abstractsWith the acceleration of population aging in China,the issue of population aging is becoming increasingly severe.The investigation of the pathogenesis of aging-related diseases has become a focal point in the field of modern geriatrics.Iron is an essential trace element in the human body and plays a crucial role in maintaining normal physiological functions.Numerous studies have demonstrated the association between the disruption of iron metabolism and the occurrence and progression of various aging-related diseases.This review aims to briefly summarize the potential mechanisms of iron metabolism disorders in common aging-related diseases,and provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of such diseases.
