摘要自20世纪80年代以来，艾滋病持续构成全球重大公共卫生威胁。随着“95-95-95”防控目标的提出，构建覆盖预防、检测、诊断、衔接就医、抗病毒治疗和病毒抑制全流程的艾滋病“防诊治”服务链，逐渐成为HIV综合防控的核心策略。本文系统梳理了从艾滋病“防诊治”服务链的内涵和历史发展、探讨其在全流程各环节的具体应用，分析服务链在重点人群、HIV与其他传染病合并感染的防治中的作用，识别防治实践中存在的障碍，提出应对挑战的策略建议，旨在为我国深入推进艾滋病防治策略优化、创新和精准干预提供理论依据和实践参考。

abstractsSince the 1980 s, AIDS has been a significant global public health threat. With the "95-95-95" targets for HIV/AIDS prevention and control, the HIV/AIDS "prevention, testing, and treatment" care cascade covering the entire process has become a core strategy. The present study examines combs the connotation and development of the HIV/AIDS care cascade, exploring application throughout the entire process and at each linkage. It analyzes extension value in key populations and HIV co-infected other infectious diseases, identifies obstacles in practice, and proposes strategies to help optimize, innovate, and precisely target HIV/AIDS prevention and control in China.
