换一批摘要睾丸扭转是泌尿外科最常见的阴囊急症之一，常需要急诊手术以争取保留患侧睾丸。有不少学者认为扭转复位后的睾丸仍存在缺血再灌注损伤并且会对患者性激素水平、生育能力等造成威胁。本文通过综述睾丸扭转的研究进展，以期提高临床医生对睾丸扭转的认识。

abstractsTesticular torsion is one of the most common scrotal emergencies in urology, which often requires emergency surgery to preserve the turned testicle. There are many studies suggest that testis still has ischemia-reperfusion injury after detorsion, which will threaten the sex hormone levels and fertility of patients. This paper reviewed the research progress of testicular torsion in order to improve clinicians’ understanding of testicular torsion.
