Research development of the therapy in patients with locally advanced upper tract urothelial carcinoma
摘要局部进展期上尿路尿路上皮癌(UTUC)发病率低，诊断困难，临床治疗效果不理想，预后差，相关回顾性研究较少，前瞻性随机对照研究基本空白。本文对局部进展期UTUC的流行病学特点、临床及病理诊断、手术治疗、系统化疗(包括新辅助化疗、辅助化疗)和免疫治疗等方面的最新研究进展进行综述。

abstractsThe locally advanced upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC) has relatively low incidence, difficulty in diagnose and poor prognosis. Up to now, a few retrospective studies of locally advanced UTUC were reported. And there is absence of prospective randomized controlled study. The latest studies about the epidemiological characters, clinical and pathological diagnosis, surgical treatment, systemic chemotherapy and immunotherapy in patients with locally advanced UTUC are reviewed in this article.
