换一批摘要自发性肾动脉夹层是一种罕见的疾病，病因不明，临床表现多样，易误诊为尿路感染，诊断主要依靠影像学检查，血管内介入治疗是安全有效的治疗手段。本文报道1例自发性肾动脉夹层患者，经肾动脉血管腔内介入治疗，治疗效果良好。

abstractsSpontaneous renal artery dissection is a rare disease with unknown etiology, confounded clinical manifestations, and easy to be misdiagnosed as urinary tract infection. The diagnosis mainly depends on imaging examinations. Intravascular interventional therapy is a safe and effective treatment. This study reported a case of spontaneous renal artery dissection , which treated by intravascular interventional therapy of renal artery , and had achieved good therapeutic effect.
