摘要膀胱腔内电刺激作为一种保守治疗方法，既能恢复膀胱感觉，又能改善膀胱收缩。近几十年的研究结果显示，膀胱腔内电刺激对膀胱功能具有双向调节作用，且基本没有不良反应。目前，国内外关于膀胱腔内电刺激尚无统一的治疗标准、作用机制和疗效，所以对于泌尿外科医生来说这种治疗方式的选择充满挑战性。本文就膀胱腔内电刺激治疗下尿路功能障碍的研究进展进行综述。

Studies in recent decades have shown that intravesical electrical stimulation has a two-way regulating effect on bladder function, and there were few adverse reactions. At present, there was no uniform treatment standard yet, The mechanism of action and curative effect was not clear, so the choice of this treatment method is full of challenges for urologists. This article reviews the research progress in the treatment of lower urinary tract dysfunction by intravesical electrical stimulation.
