摘要转移性去势抵抗性前列腺癌(mCRPC)对传统治疗耐药,前列腺特异性膜抗原(PSMA)靶向放射性核素治疗成为重要的新兴策略。 177Lu-PSMA和 225Ac-PSMA等配体治疗在临床研究中显示出可使患者获益,并在与内分泌治疗、化疗、免疫治疗及放疗的联合治疗中展现出潜力。此外,PSMA靶向抗体-药物偶联物、嵌合抗原受体T细胞以及双特异性T细胞连接器等新型治疗手段也在不断探索中。本文主要综述PSMA靶向治疗的研究进展及其临床应用前景。

abstractsMetastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) is often resistant to conventional therapies, and prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-targeted radionuclide therapy has emerged as a promising therapeutic strategy. Ligands such as 177Lu-PSMA and 225Ac-PSMA have demonstrated clinical benefits in ongoing studies and show potential when combined with endocrine therapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and radiotherapy. Additionally, novel therapeutic approaches, including PSMA-targeted antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy, and bispecific T-cell engagers (BiTEs), are being actively explored. This review summarizes the recent advancements in PSMA-targeted treatment and their clinical applications.
