摘要探讨了单胎初产妇临产后舌下含服盐酸二氢埃托啡（DHE）20～40μg的镇痛效果和药物对宫缩、胎（新生）儿影响，结果证明，镇痛有效率86.8%;镇痛效果与宫缩强度有关(P<0.05）。药物对宫缩、产程、胎（新生）儿无明显影响。药物副作用轻微。舌下含服DHE后10分钟左右起效，4小时作用消失。服药时间以第一产程活跃期效果最佳。

abstractsThe analgesic effects of dihydroetrophine hydrochloride (DHE) 20~40 μg sublingually in primiparous monocyesis during parturition on utrine contraction and the fetus were studied. The effective analgesic rate was 86.8% and correlated positively with the intensity of uterine contraction (P<0.05), but without influence on uterine contraction, delivery process or the fetus. The side effect was slight. The onset of analgesic effect appeared about 10 minutes after administered sublingually and analgesia vanished in 4 hours. The drug given during the active phase in first labor stage may give the best analgesic results.
