The impact of renal hypofunction on islets β cell function evaluation in patients with type 2 diabetes
摘要对635例肝功能正常的2型糖尿病患者按肌酐清除率(Ccr)分组评估胰岛功能的相关指标.发现随着肾功能的减退,C肽的血浓度增加,而尿C肽的排泄量减少(P<0.05).结果 显示肾功能减退影响胰岛功能的评估.

abstractsThe impact of hypofunction of kidney on evaluating of islets β cell function in patients with type 2 diabetes was investigated. 635 type 2 diabetic patients with normal liver function were grouped using Cockcroft-Gault. Following the decrease in kidney function, blood C-peptide concentration was increased with decreased urinary exeretion of C-peptide(P<0. 05). It is proposed to pay an attention to renal function while evaluating islets β cell function in the patients.
