Recent progress in studies on metabolism and pharmacogenomics of sulfonylurea agents
摘要磺脲类药物作为胰岛素促泌剂,是过去50年里2型糖尿病药物治疗领域的一个里程碑.尽管磺脲类药物可有效地降低血糖,但其药物疗效及不良反应具有个体差异,这可能与其相关的基因有关,现就磺脲类药物代谢及其药物基因组学的研究进展作简要综述.

abstractsThe sulfonylureas as insulin secretagogues,have formed a cornerstone of pharmacotherapy for type 2 diabetes over 50 years.Although sulfonylureas are effective antihyperglycemic agents,individual variability exists in drug response (i.e.,pharmacodynamics) and adverse effects which may be related to some genes.This article mainly reviews the advance of recent studies about drug metabolism and pharmacogenomics of sulfonylureas.
