Role of sulodoxide played in urinary podocyte excretion in patients with diabetic nephropathy
摘要通过观察糖尿病肾病患者肾活检标本肾小球足细胞特异性蛋白podocalyxin(PCX)的表达,及舒洛地特治疗前后尿中PCX阳性足细胞数变化,证实舒洛地特对糖尿病肾病肾小球足细胞有一定保护作用并对足细胞脱落可能有抑制作用.

abstractsThe podocalyxin expression in glomerulus in patients with diabetic nephropathy and urinary podocalyxin-positive podocytes were observed and determined before and after sulodexide treatment.The results demonstrated that sulodexide may protect the podocyte by inhibiting its detachment from glomerulus.
