摘要一年来，国际以及国内性腺疾病领域的基础和临床研究进展迅速。关于性腺疾病发病机制以及诊断和治疗研究有大量文献发表，本文检索2013年8月至2014年7月国内外发表的相关文献，就其中对临床工作有更多借鉴意义的部分经典病种文献进行汇总分析，以供临床医师参考。

abstracts[Summary] Over the past year, researches in the field of gonadal diseases have achieved rapid advances. Considerable literatures concerning the diagnosis and treatment of these diseases have been published. We herely reviewed and analyzed literatures which may be helpful to clinical practice in the future, while the defects and deficiencies in this field in China were also discussed with some suggestions proposed for the future.
