摘要[提要] 回顾性分析无关供者外周血干细胞(UD?PBSCs)联合脐血间充质干细胞(UC?MSCs)共移植治疗难治性重型再生障碍性贫血Ⅱ型(RSAA?Ⅱ)的疗效及安全性.15例RSAA?Ⅱ型患者行UD?PBSCs联合UC?MSCs共移植,其中14例造血重建顺利,未发生重度移植物抗宿主病,移植后5年总体生存率78.57%.UD?PBSCs联合UC?MSCs共移植治疗RSAA?Ⅱ型安全性好,可作为RSAA?Ⅱ型安全有效的治疗选择.

abstracts[Summary] The efficacy and safety of co?transplantation of unrelated donor peripheral blood stem cells (UD?PBSCs) combined with umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (UC?MSCs) in refractory severe aplastic anemia?Ⅱ(RSAA?Ⅱ) were analyzed retrospectively. Fifteen patients with RSAA?Ⅱ underwent UD?PBSCs and UC?MSCs co?transplantation, among whom 14 cases had hematopoietic reconstitution without severe graft versus?host disease (GVHD). The 5?year overall survival rate was 78.57%. Combination of UD?PBSCs and UC?MSCs transplantation could be a safe and effective option for RSAA?Ⅱ.
