摘要知情同意原则是临床上处理医患关系的基本伦理准则之一,有利于医患双方沟通;医疗纠纷防范及医疗质量提高.并对知情同意原则的基本内容,伦理学及法律依据,临床适用进行了叙述,对完善医患谈话制度提出了设想和建议.
