摘要医院后勤信息化建设通过物联网、移动互联网等新技术手段,已迈入智能化阶段.上海市儿童医院历经4年医院后勤智能运维平台建设,通过“一平台、两系统”实现了后勤智能化管理与综合运维管理的全方位整合,从而将医院后勤保障与服务有机结合成一个整体,有效提升了医院后勤管理效能,对医院后勤智能化运维作出了有益的探索和实践.
