摘要单细胞RNA测序（scRNA-seq）是在单个细胞水平上对其含有的转录组信息进行测序分析，用于发现新的细胞亚型，揭示细胞异质性，监视疾病的动态发展过程，最终提高对组织、器官和生物复杂性的理解。目前scRNA-seq已广泛应用于肿瘤和胚胎发育等领域，在皮肤科领域的应用也陆续增多。本文将简要介绍scRNA-seq的技术流程，并重点阐述其在皮肤科领域的研究进展。

abstractsSingle-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) is a technique to analyze the transcriptome sequence at the single cell level. It can be used to discover new cell subtypes, reveal heterogeneity between cells, track the progression of diseases, and eventually improve the understanding of complexity of tissues, organs and organisms. At present, scRNA-seq is widely applied in the fields of tumor and embryonic development, and its application in dermatology has shown a gradual growth. This review briefly introduces technical procedures of scRNA-seq, and mainly elaborates relevant progress in dermatology.
