复发/难治性皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤的非化疗药物新选择

摘要随着对皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤研究的不断深入，传统靶向药物、免疫检查点抑制剂、组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂以及异基因造血干细胞移植等各种治疗手段不断出现，均在临床试验中显示出良好的疗效及安全性。本文综述近年复发/难治性皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤非化疗药物的相关研究进展。

abstractsWith the advances in research on cutaneous T-cell lymphomas (CTCL), some new strategies, such as traditional targeted drugs, immune checkpoint inhibitors, histone deacetylase inhibitors and allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, have emerged and shown favorable efficacy and safety in clinical trials. This review summarizes recent research progress in non-chemotherapeutic drugs for relapsed/refractory cutaneous T-cell lymphomas.
