摘要反常性痤疮/化脓性汗腺炎不同的患者病情差异大,而病情严重程度决定了治疗方案的选择.已有多个具有临床指导意义的病情评价标准,如Hurley分级、Sartorius评分、化脓性汗腺炎严重程度指数等,广泛应用于临床分级与研究中,但部分标准存在疗效评价敏感性低、适用范围有限等问题.本文介绍近几年提出的几种反常性痤疮/化脓性汗腺炎评价标准,以便更好地评估疾病并进行分级治疗.

abstractsThe degree of severity varies greatly among different patients with acne inversa(AI)/hidradenitis suppurativa(HS),and disease severity usually determines treatment strategies.There have been a number of severity assessment criteria for AI/HS,such as the Hurley grading system,Sartorius score,HS severity index,etc.,which have been widely used in clinical classification and research and have shown clinical guiding significance.However,limitations still exist in some criteria,such as low sensitivity for efficacy evaluation,limited application range,etc.This review introduces several severity assessment criteria for AI/HS that have been proposed in recent years,aiming to better evaluate the disease and carry out graded treatment.
