摘要特应性皮炎(AD)是一种常见的慢性炎症性皮肤病,常与哮喘、变应性鼻炎、食物过敏等特应性疾病共存.近年来,越来越多研究显示AD与心血管疾病、自身免疫疾病、精神心理疾病等多种疾病存在关联,加重AD患者疾病负担并严重影响其生活质量.本文总结既往文献报道的AD相关共病,分析其可能的共同发病机制和潜在治疗方法.

abstractsAtopic dermatitis(AD)is a common chronic inflammatory disease that often coexists with atopic diseases such as asthma,allergic rhinitis,and food allergies.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that AD is associated with various diseases such as cardiovascular diseases,autoimmune diseases,and mental disorders,which exacerbate the disease burden on patients with AD and severely affect their quality of life.This review summarizes AD-associated comorbidities reported in previous literature,analyzes their possible common pathogenesis,and explores potential treatments.
