摘要为了解血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)抑制剂与硫唑嘌呤联合使用对肾移植受者造血功能的影响,对168例肾移植进行回顾性分析.发现当上述两种药物同时应用时,绝大多数患者都会发生不同程度的贫血,而两种药物若单独使用,则贫血很少发生.另外,这两种药物同时应用停止后,贫血可逐渐得以纠正.认为ACE抑制剂与硫唑嘌呤合用是导致肾移植受者贫血的重要原因,临床上应避免二者同时使用.

abstractsThe effects of combined use of azathioprine and captoril on the hemopoietic func-tions of patients with kidney grafts were retrospectively investigated.Our study showed that most patients who received the two drugs developed anemia of varying degrees.The use of one drug rarely caused anemia in patients.The anemia could disappear after discontinuation of the combined use the two drugs.We believe that the combined use of ACE inhibitors and azathioprine caused the anemia in patients with kidney grafts.The combined use of the two drugs should be avoid in clinieaI practice.
