摘要肾脏移植手术历经数十年的发展，已基本实现标准化；其技术操作流程包括移植部位的选择、血管及输尿管的吻合方式和方法等。《中国肾脏移植手术技术操作指南（2023版）》根据《牛津大学循证医学中心分级2009版》的证据分级与推荐意见强度标准制定，针对肾脏移植手术中供肾植入部位的选择、血管吻合及重建的处理、输尿管吻合及尿路重建、机器人辅助肾脏移植手术等临床问题，以及肾脏移植手术操作过程中的注意事项，做出了较为详细的循证等级推荐。

abstractsAfter decades of development, kidney transplantation (KT) has been largely standardized with established procedures for selecting transplantation sites and specifying vascular and ureteral anastomosis techniques. Based upon 2009 Oxford Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine's Levels of Evidence, This guideline provided detailed evidence-based recommendations for key clinical issues of donor kidney implantation sites, management and reconstruction of vascular anastomoses, ureteral anastomosis and urinary tract reconstruction, robot-assisted kidney transplantation and other pertinent clinical issues, along with key precautions during KT.
