摘要肝移植术后感染是影响受者预后的重大挑战。伴随着基因测序技术的不断升级,新型靶向抗感染药物的应用以及智能防控设备的快速拓展,感染防控模式正从"经验性治疗"过渡到"精准化、立体化"模式,本文系统地阐述新时代背景下肝移植感染防控的新策略:包括病原诊断技术的革新成果、药物治疗的突破进展、防控设备智能升级等核心内容,从不同角度阐述了由精准诊断迈向多维度干预体系搭建的新理念。

abstractsPost liver transplant infection remains a major determinant of outcomes. Rapid advances in genomic sequencing, the emergence of novel targeted antimicrobial therapies, and the widespread adoption of intelligent infection-control technologies are shifting practice away from empiric treatment toward precision-driven, multidimensional prevention strategies. This paper systematically reviews these developments and proposes an updated approach to infection control in liver transplantation, focusing on three pillars: innovations in pathogen diagnostics, breakthroughs in pharmacotherapy, and intelligent upgrades of prevention and monitoring devices. Integrating these elements, we outline a conceptual framework for translating precise pathogen detection into a coordinated, multidimensional intervention system aimed at improving recipient prognosis.
