摘要对29例(35只眼)闭角型青光眼行半导体532激光联合钇铝石榴石(YAG)激光周边虹膜切除术,其中预防性治疗26只眼,慢性闭角型青光眼早期6只眼,急性闭角型青光眼缓解期3只眼.结果示激光通畅率100%(35/35).术后1周眼压6.99～20.08 mm Hg(0.93～2.67 kPa).所有病例周边前房角均有不同程度的加宽,晶体未见混浊加重.半导体532激光联合YAG激光周边虹膜切除术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼,操作简便、安全、效果确切,值得基层医院临床推广.

abstractsPeripheral iridotomy using combination of semiconductor laser 532 and YAG laser was performed on 35 eyes of 29 patients. All procedures were performed successfully and there was no significant change in visual acuity after treatment. One week after treatment, the intraocular pressure was 6.99 - 20.08 mm Hg(0.93 -2.67 kPa). Peripheral anterior chamber angles were all widened, no acceleration of lens opacity was observed. Combination of semiconductor laser and YAG laser peripheral iridotomy are safe and effective for angle closure treatment and can be performed in community hospitals.
