摘要发作性睡病是一种神经内科的罕见病。《中国发作性睡病诊断与治疗指南（2022版）》结合国内外相关研究进展、新药的应用，及时更新我国现有指南。本指南增加了：（1）流行病学和发病机制的最新研究结果和精准的特征性症状描述；（2）推荐实用的量表，增加操作整夜多导睡眠和多次睡眠潜伏期试验的细节和设计诊断流程图；（3）针对不同症状，对药物治疗按照推荐及证据等级高低逐一说明。新版指南在内容上更丰富，且科学性和实用性更强，更具临床指导价值。

abstractsNarcolepsy is a rare disease in neurology. The Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of narcolepsy (2022) updated the existing guidelines in China. This guideline broadened the contents of the latest findings on epidemiology, pathogenesis and characteristic of symptoms; recommended practical scales, added details of nocturnal polysomnogram and multiple sleep latency test operations and designed diagnostic flow charts. For different symptoms, drugs were explained one by one according to the level of recommendation and evidence.
