摘要意识模糊性觉醒（CA）是一种少见的非快速眼球运动睡眠相关的异态睡眠，国内鲜有报道，临床上对CA存在误诊和漏诊。详细地询问病史及同步视频多导睡眠监测对于CA的诊断及鉴别诊断至关重要。现就安徽医科大学附属巢湖医院确诊的1例老年CA患者进行总结分析，旨在提高临床医生对CA的认识，避免误诊误治。

abstractsConfusional arousal (CA) is a rare non-rapid eye movement sleep-related parasomnia and rarely reported in China, leading to misdiagnosis and mistreatment in clinic. A detailed collection of clinical symptoms and simultaneous video polysomnography is very important for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of CA. A elderly patient with CA was diagnosed according to the International classification of sleep disorders, third edition diagnostic criteria. The summary and analysis of the patient is conducted to improve the understanding of CA, meanwhile to avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
