生物型人工硬脑膜在外伤大骨瓣减压术中应用安全性分析
Analysis on the safety of application of biological artificial dura mater in large trauma craniotomy
摘要目的 探讨生物型人工硬脑膜在外伤大骨瓣减压术中应用的安全性.方法 通过对试验组(330例)和对照组(222例)患者术后颅内感染、脑脊液漏、癫痫等并发症进行比较,并进行统计学分析,观察两组患者术后并发症的发生率是否具有统计学意义.结果 试验组术后脑脊液漏、颅内感染及癫痫等并发症的发生率均明显低于对照组,而异物反应发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义.结论 外伤大骨瓣减压术中应用生物型人工硬脑膜进行减张缝合硬脑膜安全、可行.

abstractsObjective To investigate the safety of application of biological artificial dura mater in large decompressive craniectomy for the treatment of craniocerebral trauma.Methods The incidence of complications (intracranial infection,cerebrospinal fluid leak,epilepsy,etc.) and foreign - body reaction after the surgery in the experimental group (330 cases ) was compared with that in the control group (222 cases).Results The incidence of intracranial infection,cerebrospinal fluid leak,epilepsy or other complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,while there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of the incidence of foreign - body reaction.Conclusion It is safe and feasible to use biological artificial dura mater in large trauma craniotomy for relaxation suture and repair of dura mater defects.
