中国颅底外科医生从业现状的调查与分析
Investigation and analysis of working conditions of Chinese skull base neurosurgeons
摘要目的:了解我国颅底外科从业医生的现状,为学科发展提供数据支持。方法:采用微信的形式于2019年11—12月对全国31个省市自治区的357家医院从事颅底外科工作的临床医生进行问卷调查,共有557人参与。从中获取颅底外科从业医生的基本信息、教育培训、执业情况、收入及满意度、科研工作、医院建设等方面的数据,并对整个群体进行横断面分析研究。结果:颅底外科从业医生中,男性占99.1%(552/557);年龄[中位数(四分位数)]为42.2(36,48)岁。博士学位占33.9%(189/557),硕士学位占39.0%(217/557);高级职称占72.2%(402/557)。具备开展Ⅳ级手术能力的医生占66.1%(368/557),其中研究生学历占76.9%(283/368),高级职称者占90.5%(333/368),就职于三级医院者占91.3%(336/368),就职于省级医院者占57.9%(213/368)。共有98.6%(549/557)的颅底外科从业医生参加过各类进修、学术会议、培训班;66.2%(369/557)的颅底外科从业医生有主持和参与各类课题研究的经历。84.0%(468/557)的颅底外科从业医生对现有的薪酬不满意。结论:我国颅底外科从业医生主要集中于大型医院,其学历、职称较高,从事复杂手术者较多,工作压力较大,对继续教育和科研的需求较迫切,但对现有薪酬不满意。

abstractsObjectives:To investigate the working status of Chinese skull base neurosurgeons and to provide data support for disciplinary development.Methods:A questionnaire survey of clinicians engaged in skull base surgery in 357 hospitals in 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions across the country of China was conducted using WeChat from November 1, 2019 to December 10, 2019. A total of 557 people participated. We obtained their basic information, education and training, practice status, income and satisfaction, scientific research, hospital construction and other aspects of skull base surgery practitioners' data, and conducted cross-sectional analysis on the entire group.Results:Among practitioners of skull base surgery, male accounted for 99.1% (552/557); the age [median (quartiles)] was 42.2 years (36 and 48 years). Physicians with doctor′s degree accounted for 33.9% (189/557), and those with master′s degree accounted for 39.0% (217/557). Physicians with senior title accounted for 72.2% (402/557). Among all skull base surgeons in this series, 66.1% (368/557) were qualified to perform grade IV surgery, of whom 76.9% (283/368) had a postgraduate degree, 90.5% (333/368) had a senior professional title, and 91.3% were employed in a tertiary hospital ( 336/368), and 57.9% (213/368) were employed in provincial hospitals. A total of 98.6% (549/557) of skull base surgeons had participated in various advanced studies, academic conferences, and training courses; 66.2% (369/557) of skull base surgeons had the experience of presiding and participating in various research projects. In this investigation, 84.0% (468/557) of skull base surgery practitioners were not satisfied with their current salaries.Conclusions:Chinese skull base surgeons are mainly working at large hospitals. They have relatively higher academic qualifications and professional titles, are more involved in complicated operations, and have greater pressure at work. They have more urgent needs for continuing education and scientific research, but are not satisfied with the current salaries.
