蒸汽塑形对微导管末端长度变化影响的研究
Distal-tip changes in length of three different microcatheters for cerebral aneurysm embolization after steam shaping
摘要目的 探讨临床常用的Prowler 14(P14)、Enchelon 10(E10)和SL 10 3种微导管在蒸汽塑形前后其末端长度的变化,为临床上判断弹簧圈的最佳解脱位置提供参考. 方法 将Jasper 弹簧圈(1D、2D和3D)分别推入P 14、E 10和SL 10 45°塑形、单弯塑形和双弯塑形前后的三种微导管中,当Jasper弹簧圈的显影点推出微导管近端显影点远端1mm时,测量微导管末端到弹簧圈解脱区近端推送导丝的长度变化. 结果 3种微导管分别在3种不同角度塑形前后,微导管末端到弹簧圈解脱区近端推送导丝的长度变化差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).3种微导管在塑形后其末段长度均缩短,且微导管末端采用双弯塑形时,其末端平均缩短长度大于单弯塑形和45°塑形时的长度,其中45°塑形时其末端缩短长度最小. 结论 蒸气塑形会引起微导管末端长度变短.在一定范围内,末端塑形弯曲度越大,微导管末端缩短越明显.

abstractsObjective To investigate the distal-tip changes in length of three different microcathers (Prowler 14,Enchelon 10 and SL10) after steam shaping and provide reference for clinician to make the optimum marker alignment for cerebral aneurysm embolization with Jasper Guglielmi detachable coils (JasperlD,Jasper2D and Jasper3D).Methods The distance from the catheter tip to the proximal of coil detachment zone was measured when the proximal coil marker was positioned 1 mm exactly distal to the distal end of the proximal catheter marker before and after the end of microcatheter modified by 45 degree,single curved and double curved shape with steaming.Results Steam shaping had a significant association with the distal-tip changes in length when each type of microcatheters was modified by 45 degree,single curved and double curved shape (P<0.05).In addition,the length shortening of three types of microcatheters changedmost under double curved shape and single curved,while changed least under 45 degree shape.Conclusions Microcather curving with steam shaping can shorten the length of distal-tip.The more the microcather curved,the more obvious the length of shorten within a certain range.
