摘要阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种中枢神经系统变性疾病,随着人口老龄化加剧,AD患病率逐渐升高,将对社会及家庭造成严重负担.AD受遗传机制、环境因素等多种因素影响,其中遗传机制的影响占主要地位,故遗传机制的研究对其预防、诊治有重要意义.本文就近年来对不同群体晚发型AD全基因组关联研究及罕见突变的相关性进展进行综述.

abstractsAlzheimer's disease is a neurodegenerative disease of the central nervous system. With the aging of the population, the prevalence of AD is increasing, which seriously affects the society and family. The etiology of AD is influenced by many factors, such as genetic factors and environmental factors. Among them, the influence of genetic factors accounted for dominant position. Therefore, the study of genetic factors plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of AD. In this paper, we reviewed the recent studies on genome-wide association study and rare variants of late-onset AD in different population.
