换一批摘要动脉自旋标记技术(ASL)是一种无创的磁共振灌注成像新技术,主要反映组织微血管结构及血流灌注信息,通过定量测量脑血流量(CBF)对脑部疾病的诊断与鉴别有着十分重要的意义.本文现围绕ASL技术的基本原理及其在脑血管病、脑肿瘤等常见脑部疾病诊断中的应用进展进行综述,以期为临床工作者提供一些借鉴和参考.

abstractsArterial spin labeling (ASL) is a new noninvasive magnetic resonance perfusion imaging technology,which mainly reflects microvascular structure and blood flow perfusion information of tissues.Quantitative measurement of cerebral blood flow (CBF) by ASL is of great significance for the diagnosis and differentiation of cerebral diseases.In this article,the basic principles of ASL technology and its applications in common cerebral diseases,such as cerebrovascular disease and cerebral tumor,are reviewed,so as to provide some references for clinical work.
