干细胞移植治疗创伤性颅脑损伤的研究进展
Recent advance in stem cell transplantation in treatment of traumatic brain injury
摘要创伤性颅脑损伤(TBI)是发病率高且致死、致残率高的疾病之一,严重危害人类健康.TBI所致原发性及继发性脑损伤是多种病理生理机制相互作用的瀑布式级联反应,因其损伤因素多且机制复杂,故目前TBI的治疗手段及治疗效果有限.近年来,动物实验和临床研究结果证实干细胞治疗可在一定程度上缓解TBI介导的神经损伤.因此,激活内源性神经干细胞(NSCs)和(或)外源性干细胞移植治疗可能是TBI治疗的新策略.本文围绕TBI后NSCs激活及外源性干细胞移植治疗TBI的研究进展进行综述,着重探讨外源性干细胞移植治疗TBI的作用及可能机制.

abstractsTraumatic brain injury (TBI) is one of the diseases with high morbidity,mortality,and disability,which seriously endangers human health.Primary and secondary injuries caused by TBI are cascade reaction of various pathophysiological interactions.Because of its many injury factors and complex mechanisms,the treatment and therapeutic effect of TBI are limited at present.In recent years,animal experiments and clinical studies have shown that stem cell therapy could alleviate TBI-mediated neurological damage to a certain extent.Therefore,activation of endogenous neural cells response and transplantation of exogenous stem cells may be new strategies for TBI treatment.This article reviews the research progress of activation of endogenous neural cells response and transplantation of exogenous stem cells after TBI,and focuses on the therapeutic effects and possible mechanisms of stem cell transplantation in TBI treatment.
