摘要脑胶质瘤是最常见的原发性中枢神经系统恶性肿瘤,侵袭性强、致残和致死率高、预后差。氨基酸类正电子发射断层显像(PET)利用特定放射性药物的生物学分布特征反映肿瘤分子代谢信息,与MRI的形态和功能信息互补,在脑胶质瘤的诊断、活检计划制订、复发监测及预后评估等方面具有重要的作用。本文现围绕氨基酸类PET联合MRI在脑胶质瘤临床诊疗中的应用和研究进展进行综述,以期为脑胶质瘤的临床诊疗提供影像学依据。

abstractsGliomas are the most common primary malignant tumor of the central nervous system, with strong invasion, high disability and mortality, and poor prognosis. The biological distribution characteristics of specific radiopharmaceuticals in amino acid positron emission tomography (PET) could reflect glioma molecular metabolism information, which is complementary to the morphological and functional information of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); PET combined with MRI play pivotal roles in the diagnosis, biopsy guidance, recurrent monitor and prognosis prediction of gliomas. In this article, the application and research progress of amino acid PET combined with MRI in clinical diagnosis and treatment of brain gliomas are reviewed to provide imaging basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of gliomas.
